Perishable Item Return Policy

Our commitment is to offer quality products at an exceptional value. We expect our products to meet or exceed quality expectations.

• For perishable items ordered online, all sales are FINAL, no exceptions.
• For perishable items that have been damaged during transport, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package. We require photo of the damaged shipment that must include:
• Photos of the packaging in which the product was delivered.
• Photos of the actual damaged and non-usable product.
• We will provide a return label for free shipping.

• For perishable items purchased in-store, all sales are final.

Non-Perishable Item Return Policy

• For non-perishable items ordered online, all sales are FINAL, no exceptions.
• For non-perishable items that have been damaged during transport, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package. We require photo of the damaged shipment that must include:
• Photos of the packaging in which the product was delivered.
• Photos of the actual damaged and non-usable product.
• We will provide a return label for free shipping.
• For non-perishable items purchased in-store, we can provide a refund or exchange on items that do not appear to have been used and still in original packaging and price tags or stickers attached.

Wrong Item Shipped Policy

If we shipped the wrong item by error, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the package. Please be sure to have photo of the item(s) so we can correct the mistake.

Cancellation or Changes:

Orders that have been submitted online cannot be cancelled or modified. If you have any other questions regarding your online order, please contact us by phone Tuesday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 4pm PST.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving any product that has been qualified as a valid return.

Restocking Fee Policy:
All items that qualify as a returnable item are subject to a 25% restocking feeand must be returned within the 30 days of the purchase date.
