SPECIFICATIONS
Each bag weighs 1lb, for 5lb of chocolate melts per pack plus the 4oz Paramount Crystals. Merckens® Chocolate Melts come in Yellow, Light Green, Blue, Peach, Orange, Orchid, Red, Dark Green, Royal Blue, Lite Chocolate, Dark and Super White. Guittard® melts come in White, Dark and Milk. Both brands can be combined in any mix of five bags.
HOW TO USE / CARE
Melt gently and use immediately for best results. If the chocolate is too thick, stir in a small amount of the included Paramount Crystals.
IMPORTANT
Chocolate is made to melt, so during hot months it may arrive soft or melted. Don't worry: it still works perfectly. Let it set at room temperature, then melt it as usual for dipping, coating or drizzling.
