SPECIFICATIONS
Each bottle contains 1 oz. of flavoring and is suitable for high-temperature applications. Because it is oil-soluble, it can be used to flavor fine chocolates and confectionery coatings, as well as chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudge, fondant, and icing. Fruit flavors include Watermelon, Strawberry, Strawberry Kiwi, Strawberry Banana, Raspberry, Cherry, Grape, Apple, Pear, Peach, Peach Mango, Mango, Melon, Pineapple, Apricot, Plum, Key Lime, Tutti Frutti, Fruit Punch, and Piña Colada. Dessert and bakery flavors include Vanilla, Vanilla Butternut, Butter, Cream Cheese, Cheesecake, Bavarian Cream, Cookies & Cream, Pralines & Cream, English Toffee, Butterscotch, Marshmallow, Cotton Candy, Bubble Gum, Chocolate, Pumpkin, and Horchata. Nut flavors include Almond, Pecan, Pistachio, Peanut Butter, and Creamy Hazelnut, and coffee flavors include Coffee and Cappuccino. For spice and citrus notes, choose Anise, Cinnamon, Lemon, or Orange.
HOW TO USE
Add the flavor during mixing or cooking and adjust to taste. For chocolate and confectionery coatings, typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound. For measuring, 1 dram equals about 1 teaspoon.
