Guittard Strawberry are truly an all around compound coating chocolate and don't require tempering. They can be melted using a double boiler, put in a glass bowl in a microwave as well as several other methods. The Guittard have a lesser content of hydrogenated palm kernel oil than the Guittard ribbon coatings, giving them a rich taste. The Guittard Chocolate Company is one of only ten chocolate makers in the US, and one of few that works directly with growers, long before harvest. An expert team at Guittard travels the world, working closely with growers to assess the development of individual crops and to oversee the fermentation and drying process of the cacao beans. Whether working with the bold and traditional, or the unique flavors and characteristics of rare heirloom varieties, Guittard is constantly searching for that elusive blend or single origin bean from which to develop a whole new and exciting chocolate experience.

Due to temperature variations across the country that are out of our control, we cannot guarantee the unmelted or melted status of chocolate products that are shipped during the warm months. We strongly advise cold packs.

Reglamento de Clases

Por favor, leer las reglas necesarias a seguir para tomar la clase.

  • 1. El material debe estar completo al menos un día ANTES de la clase.

  • 2. La clase empieza puntual, por lo que deberá estar al menos 15 min antes del inicio. Después de10 min iniciada la clase no se permitirá la entrada, sin devoluciones.

  • 3. Ofrecemos 10% de descuento en todos los materiales de clase adquiridos con anterioridad al día de la clase, mostrar su confirmación de compra en cajero.

  • 4. No ofrecemos clase de recuperación o reemplazo, si no puede llegar a la clase, la perderá y no habrá reembolso.

  • 5. Para el mejor desarrollo de la clase, es muy importante tener todo dispositivo celular en vibrar o silencio, si requiere hacer una llamada telefónica, ésta deberá hacerse fuera del salon de clases.

  • 6. La entrada es únicamente permitida para las personas que van a tomar la clase.
  • Queda estrictamente prohibido ingresar a la clase con material no pagado.
