In this class Alejandra will teach you everything you need to know to make on how to make FRENCH MACARONS, the delicious tiny treat. We will walk you through the ingredients that are required, how to blend and mix, how to create the soft shell and how to dress them up for Halloween.

  • Silicone Spatula
  • 1 Lb Almond Flour (Available In Store) 
  • Sifter/Sieve 
  • 1 Large Bowl 
  • 5 Small Bowls (For Ingredients) 
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Digital Scale
  • 1-1/2 Baking Sheets
  • 1- Silicone Baking Mats
  • Tip #10 or #12
  • 1 Large Plastic Cup ( To Help when Pouring Batter) 
  • 18” Piping Bags
  • 1 Lb Powdered Sugar 
  • 1 Lb Granulated Sugar  
  • 5 Large Eggs
  • White Ganache (For Filling and Decoration) 
  • Filling of Choice (ex. Strawberry Jam, Raspberry, Nutella, Lemon, Pineapple, etc) 
  • Royal Icing Eyes (Optional)
  • Clear Container Or Box To Go (For 30 Macarons)
