macaron is a sweet meringue-based confection made with egg white, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond powder or ground almond, and food coloring. Outside France, a typical macaron is presented with a ganache, buttercream or jam filling sandwiched between two such cookies.

An easy macaron recipe with handy tips for your macarons giving perfect results every time. You will be so happy with the results.

Be prepared for a 2 to 3-hour journey with our instructor in BakersBodega Anaheim learning center. Classes vary in time depending on the student’s speed. This is truly a hands on experience, where you get to interact with the instructor and other students that want to learn new things. Come and enjoy the fun.

Please show up at least 20 minutes before to prepare for class or walk around t store and shop ingredients, supplies and accessories for cake, bakery, decorating and donuts.
