At BakersBodega, we strive to do all we can for our customers, because we know they are the driving force behind our business and without them, there would be no BakersBodega. Fast, efficient, courteous service backed by a full range of baking equipment, supplies, accessories and decorating supplies is what we offer our customers. If we don’t have what they need, we will order it. We are dedicated to the most important element of our business and that is our customers.

Shipping & Delivery

We use USPS or UPS for delivery to provide the fastest and most reliable service for our customers.

If ordering online, your order will be shipped out to you within 3 business days of the date that you place your order. Please allow 3 days to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on where you are located.

If you place an order in the store, it will generally take 3 to 6 weeks for your order to be delivered to BakersBodega, where you can come pick it up. Orders placed within the store are not eligible for home delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Store return policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item within 45 days for an exchange or refund. A receipt and the item’s original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g., credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account). Please note that we do not accept returns on edible items that have been opened (i.e. opened buckets of fondant, opened packages of candy or other edible baking items). We also do not accept returns for baking equipment and tools that have been used, modified, altered or washed. At any time, BakersBodega reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange. Government photo ID may be required.

Online Shopping return policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 45 days of the delivery date to arrange an exchange or refund of your unused item(s). The item’s receipt and original packaging are required for all exchanges or refunds. Please keep this receipt as a proof of purchase for all product warranties.

You may return items to BakersBodega, in person, for an exchange or refund within 45 days of reception. Please be sure to have the original sales receipt and packaging at the time of your visit.

BakersBodega will not assume transport charges for any items returned, unless specifically agreed upon beforehand for products purchased through online shopping.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, please note that shipping fees still apply.

We do not accept returns on edible items that have been opened. Please note that any product that has been modified or altered from its original state cannot be returned or exchanged.


To order an item online, please create an account with BakersBodega and use our shopping cart feature to add the items you want to purchase. When you are finished shopping, proceed to the checkout and enter your credit card information to pay for your order. Your credit card information will be stored on our secure servers so when you sign into your account again you won’t have to re-enter your information.

To place an order in-store, simply come into BakersBodega and one of our friendly, knowledgable staff will help you place an order.

We do not accept orders by telephone.

Payment, Pricing and Promotion

Payment for online shopping is done via credit card. In store, we accept cash, debit, credit cards and BakersBodega gift cards.

Our pricing reflects our warehouse retail philosophy. We offer wholesale pricing on most items so you can save money while still enjoying the best products.

BakersBodega will honor any original BakersBodega promotional item that has not yet expired. We do not accept photocopies or forgeries of BakersBodega promotional items.
