Fruit Tartlets
Tools Needed:
• 2- 12” piping bags
• 1 Rubber spatula
•10" Gold Tray
• 10"” window box
• 2 kitchen towels
• 8" Tart pan
• Rolling Pin
• Small cutting board
• Small paring knife
• 2- Kitchen towels
• 1- Apron
• Mirror Glaze
• Pastry Brush
• Small silicone mat

Ingredients that will be provided:
• 1 lb. of unsalted butter
• 2 lb. All-purpose flour
• 2 Eggs
• Granulated sugar
• Salt
• Vanilla custard

Must bring the following:
• Fresh fruit:
o Green seedless grapes or kiwis
o Blackberries
o strawberries
• Canned Fruit
o Sliced peaches (in light syrup or in its natural juice).
Please make sure to wash and dry fruit before coming to class. Thank you.

Tartaletas de Fruta

Herramienta Necesaria:
• 2 mangas medida 12”
• Una espátula de hule
• Plato de 10" o carton;
• Una caja con ventanilla medida 1/4
• 2 toallas para limpiar
• Un molde para Tartal 9";
• Rodillo
• Una tabla chica para cortar
• Un cuchillo pequeño para picar la fruta
• 2- toallas para limpiar
• 1- mandil
• Glaze para fruta
• Una brocha para glaciar la fruta
• Un tapete de silicona chico

Ingredientes que serán incluidos:
• 1 lb. de mantequilla sin sal
• 2 lbs. De harina
• 2 huevos
• Azúcar granulada
• Sal
• Natillas de Vainilla

Favor de traer lo siguiente:
• Fruta fresca:
o Uvas verdes sin semilla o kiwi
o Zarzamoras
o fresas
• Fruta enlatada
o Rebanadas de durazno
